»I recommend ICG's LSS Green Belt training to anyone who wants to take their knowledge of process improvement using project management tools to the next level. As a trained lawyer who also works in process management, I have to say that this training is suitable for any employee, regardless of background, who encounters process mapping or process improvement in their workplace. All parts of the training were balanced, logically separated and most importantly explained in a clear way even for me, a layman in statistics.«
