The main goal of Josef’s consultancy work is to help companies grow through improving their processes in manufacturing “battlefield”. While true to his motto “Competition is only good for those who want to compete! Champions dominate!”, Josef works with his clients towards improved productivity, shorter processing times and better output quality. Hand in hand with structured way of problem solving and project leadership Josef also provides support through leading A3/PDSA and Lean Six Sigma projects. Through his studies at Business University in Ostrava and first-hand experience with customer care, he can very well understand the necessity of healthy relationship between a vendor and a customer and he uses this knowledge to help his clients in reaching their true potential.
