In today’s dynamic and rapidly changing times, the use of digital tools is crucial to the effective work of individuals as well as the conduct of meetings and workshops.


Our training is designed to give you all the knowledge and skills you need to effectively manage your work, meetings and workshops. And not just online, but also physically, just with the support of digital tools. The tools we will introduce you to are becoming standard and an essential skill for every employee. In our experience, about 40-60% of meetings already use one of the digital tools in physical (face-to-face) meetings and of course they are 100% the basis for online workshops, meetings and problem solving sessions. In our survey, 80% of respondents said they use or plan to use one of the digital tools.

What will the training be about?

  • Effectiveness of workshops and meetings (but also individual work): you will learn how to plan and conduct meetings and workshops to make them as effective as possible. We’ll show you techniques and practices that will help you maximize productivity and engagement of all participants.
  • Working in the digital world: You will learn about modern tools that will make it easier for you to work in a digital environment. We’ll show you how to use these tools to improve communication, collaboration and organisation. We will also focus on the use of AI – artificial intelligence – showing simple and effective uses.

The training will include a demonstration of the following tools:

  • Teams: Microsoft’s popular team communication and collaboration tool that enables chat, audio and video calls, file sharing and more. This is a standard tool, however we’ll focus on its extensive features (group rooms, whiteboard, MIRO integration and now the use of AI).
  • MIRO: An interactive online whiteboard that enables team collaboration and real-time visualisation of ideas. A fantastic addition to any meeting and the most used tool we know. We’ll teach you how to not only work in it, but also create templates, agendas and more complex integrations using AI.
  • SessionLab: A tool for planning and facilitating workshops and meetings with a rich library of methods and techniques. This tool is not so well known, but is a wonderful tool for planning agendas.
  • Menti:An interactive platform to engage participants through questions, voting and real-time feedback. A unique addition to meetings. We will teach you how to create simple questionnaires in this virtual tool.
  • Planner: Nástroj od Microsoftu pro plánování a sledování úkolů a projektů, který pomáhá týmům zůstat na správné cestě.
  • ChatGPT: ChatGPT can be used, for example, to automatically answer questions, generate texts, create chatbots or as a tool to support creative writing. At the same time, it can help with agenda preparation and scheduling of individual meeting or workshop items, ensuring an efficient flow.
