This intensive 4-day training will teach you how to effectively lead a team and motivate its members in real-life situations. Using military terminology as a universal language for leadership, you will master key principles such as goals, discipline, motivation, and strategy.


You will go through simulations that will allow you to experience team leadership in practice—from training newcomers to resolving conflicts and building a cohesive team. The training takes place in nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, creating the ideal environment for absorbing new information and personal development. Evening team-building and networking activities will strengthen your professional connections and open new opportunities for collaboration.

Training details:

📌 Location: Wellness Guesthouse at Kumburák in the Krkonoše Mountains
🎯 Target group: GAP/team leaders, shift supervisors, specialists, supervisors, and managers
📅 Duration: 2×2 days (4 nights, 2 weeks between modules to apply knowledge in practice)

We will meet the evening before the module starts to get to know each other, align expectations and build trust. This ensures that from the first minute of training we are on the same page and can focus fully on gaining experience in a supportive environment.
