The Design FMEA training focuses on the application of AI&AG VDA methodology to reduce risk in products under development or existing. Participants will learn how to properly prepare and manage the DFMEA process to achieve target results efficiently and effectively with respect to effort and time. The focus is on properly defining the system, structure, and behavior of products, which is critical to the successful application of Design FMEA.

During the training, practical case studies from industry will be presented to help participants better understand the theoretical concepts and their application in the real world. Participants will learn how to model product features and failure modes, identify and quantify risks, and properly prioritize them. They will also learn about effective strategies for reducing risks during a development project and how to implement these strategies to reduce risks to acceptable levels.
